Returns Packaging Requirements

Before filling out the form below, please read these requirements -

ALL products must be returned in their ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS BOX - PROTECTED IN OUTER PACKAGING.Please DO NOT write on the original packaging or use brown tape. Goods ordered in error will be accepted provided they are stock items and they are returned Unopened, Undamaged and Unmarked. 20% HANDLING CHARGE will apply to goods ordered in error and a carriage fee of £6.00 will apply for each collection .The returns number must be attached to the outer packaging.
Faulty item's must also have outer packaging. Any item returned without outer packaging will not be considered for credit. All accessories, documentation and packaging must be returned.Products will be inspected and if not in compliance with our terms will be returned to the customer at their expense. Collections NOT showing the returns number will be REFUSED by our carrier.
